Order processing

Ready-to-ship items are usually processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Handcrafted custom orders may require up to 7 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping costs and delivery

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders totaling $29 USD or more. Delivery estimates may vary by destination, carrier and seasonal order volume.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order leaves our fulfillment center. Please allow a short time for the tracking link to update after dispatch.

Returns

Please review our Refund Policy for full return requirements. Items should be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at florie@zohomail.cn with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. This helps us review the case quickly and arrange the next step.
